An up in-coming indie costume designer, Rachel Grady is Los Angeles based.

Some of her most recent costume design work consists of the horror film, Christmas Bloody Christmas, directed by Joe Begos premiered in festivals such as Beyond Fest, Brooklyn Horror Film Festival, as well as a theatrical nation-wide release. She has a new short called “The Flamingo” coming out February 2024 of a near death experience of a wild party girl in a bright neon world.

Being a local 705 costumer, she has worked on various bloody Ryan Murphy Productions such as American Horror Story Season 10, Ratched, American Crime Story Versace and American Horror Stories Season 2. Along with historical costume skills she gained during her time at United American Costumes working with clothing from 1600s all the way to 1970s.  

As a designer she brings in a unique vision from her years in the costume industry on various award-winning projects. She knows how to comprehend a script, communicate with the director and transmute the feel of a character into a costume alchemy that brings to life the characters that captivate an audience and help make a story come to life.
